Keep your report. Completed assessments and reports remain available for 30 days. Download or print your PDF before that period ends.
Retrieve by email. Use the respondent email and assessment reference to request a private, one-time verification link. No separate account is required for that read-only retrieval.
You choose email sharing. Respondent delivery and sharing with ACS are separate, optional choices. They do not create a marketing subscription. You can withdraw permission for future access through those emailed links.
Understand the results. Scores describe reported operational friction. They are preliminary indicators, not verified audit findings or validated industry benchmarks.
